Thank you! I have been trying to create a recipe to reproduce the problem, but
even re-creating most of the original table would not trigger the bug. It must
have something to do with the exact format of this table, or maybe even the way
it was created.

This came out of trying to help someone with this problem, as discussed here:
http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=51448

Since he also observed changes on save/open, I wanted to post it but was worried
that it might not be reproducible.

Note that for me "move the cell border between "1. Halbjahr" and "2. Halbjahr" a
little bit to the left, ..." cannot be done with the mouse: any dragging of the
cell border badly disturbs the cell alignment. (Possibly Issue 33810)

I find that I can align the border by clicking in the "1. Halbjahr" cell and
right-click > Column > Width ... 101.6mm Ok. (I have the Writer measurement unit
set to "mm".)

Then after save & re-open, the vertical border alignment is changed slightly.

The misalignment was much worse for the sample document I attached above.

Other possibly related issues: Issue 33803 & Issue 45240, but these do not
involve save/open.
