Hi,
at the moment "lossless compression" and "reduce image resolution" is working
independent from each other.

The first that is done in the export is to reduce the image resolution (if
required only),
then the graphic that remains is either compressed by using the jpeg filter or
it is just zipped, so both options effect the output quality.

In the case the original graphic is a jpeg and the dpi of the original graphic
is below the threshold of the image resolution reduction, the original jpeg is
taken always.

So I think its no bug, but however you can try to persuade me.
