AW: Well, at least it may be tested if mouse button up position is still inside
the shape or if there already exists a Gluepoint in the position (plus epsilon)?
Starting the drag in create mode on mouse button down is a convenience feature
and will not be removed.
The question is just if it is intended to check validity of end position with
delta-movement or not. This means: Is the scaled or the unscaled version the
correct one?

When i think about untrained 'mousers' and that they may move one pixel or two
just by no intent i would say testing of delta movement is an error. They would
just wonder and write bugs why only at some of their clicks Gluepoints are
created :-)
