Thanks for reporting this issue, I found the root cause for the en-US strings in
the fr build:
The file
/officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/UI/StartModuleCommands.xcu got
those new strings in the m80, so all foreign languages don't have the
translation yet. This issue will be solved when the new strings are translated
and merged into the code ( localize.sdf )
