Sorry for the delay in coming back, but this problem is real and current.
Attached are three files. One a source circle 1" in diameter. The other two are
exports of that circle into bmp. One is at 75 dpi, the other is at 600 dpi.
Both exports produce a bitmap that is 98 x 98 pixels. Obviously not related to
the dpi setting.
This makes OOo unsuitable for producing high resolution graphics.
