Hello Peter, after speaking with MBA this one is yours.
The competitor uses F4 for repeating the last action. As F4 is already used, we
cannot use the shortcut F4. Furthermore they use Strg + Y, which is used for
Redo. In case no Undo was done, the last action will be repeated. That's
senseful.
This shortcut will be used also for all other apllications, not only in Writer.
