There exists a "Display field shadings". It would be *great* if that would show
the bookmarks as well!
This is the only "missing feature" from Word 2000 currently for my part! We've
got lots of templates that require us to modify bookmarks and that's tricky
without knowing where the bookmark starts/stops.
