More information from our engineers .There are definitely too many connections
to msa.hinet.net mail servers. We noticed that they have about 10 or so MX
servers, and each MX servers have 9 ip addresses with them. We were noticing
following errors from them: Too many connections from your host. Then the mail
gets queue again for later attempt,which adds to already growing queue. However
the changes made last week seems to be helping with the over all # of remote
queue.
Since there no reports of mail any much delay for oo.o after the configuration
changes .
