cd->bm: For the presentation SID_SHOWPOPUPS must be set to true, if you want to
see floating windows. This variable is currently false and therefor no floating
window is visible. If this solution doesn't help, please send it back to me with
information where I have to add SID_SHOWPOPUPS.
