But that's what is common pratice and copyright law allows that? But *still* the OPL denies that possibility because you have to *actively* check forthe acceptance. Just a file lying around is not enough for fullfilling #9 of OPL. Otherwise we really wouldn't have a problem with #0, yes, but as-is we have. And that something lies in external/ doesn't mean it's automatically suitable for OOo.
