mh: you are right as with the headers and the files. But that's what is common
pratice and copyright law allows that? But *still* the OPL denies that
possibility because you have to *actively* check forthe acceptance. Just a file
lying around is not enough for fullfilling #9 of OPL. Otherwise we really
wouldn't have a problem with #0, yes, but as-is we have.

And that something lies in external/ doesn't mean it's automatically suitable
for OOo. Remember: we are a "open source" project and we shouldn't/mustn't
accept non-free stuff because that tampers with it....
