I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and can
confirm the problem

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 'test1.odt', test and memorize the references in the "blah blah" text to
the Equations
2. Do the same with 'test2.odt'
3. open 'test.odm' and check again, especially memorize "quick brown fox jumps
over the lazy dog. Equation 6 ..."
"Equation 6" reference should lead to formula with the "-dB/dt" in it
4. Open 'test.odm' containing 'test1.odt' and 'test2.odt'
5. go to text "quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Equation 6 ..."
and test reference in "Equation 6"
Expected: it should lead to formula with the "-dB/dt" in it
Actual: it leads to a formula "F=m*a"

This wrong reference also was visible in a newly created master document.
Until now I did not test with new "daughter documents" (but I can't believe that
that might change anything).
Some first tests with other (text-) references worked fine, but it seems to be
too early to accept that as a final result.
I will check for Duplicates later.
