At the moment format/paintbrush only is active when a textbox with one style or
an object is selected and not in edit mode: insert a rectangle and select it:
paintbrush is active. Doubleclick the rectangle: paintbrush is greyed out.
It would be a question to the developer if the behaviour would'nt be more
comfortable if the user could select a single line of text within a textbox and
using its style with paintbrush.
Reassigned. Bug or enhancement?
