Normally the following is not happen, but sometimes the content of a drop down
listbox is changing, when the cursor is placed above a control and the user is
scrolling thru a document in Writer using the mouse wheel.

I can reproduce this behavior when I do the following:

System: Windows XP
- loading a current spec. document using controls in the text area
- click in text to set focus
- call Start-Control Panel from Windows and chose Display
- i.e. chage the screen saver time setting and press OK
- click to Writer title bar to set the focus back to Writer
- scroll thru document via mouse wheel and place the cursor above a drop down
listbox
-> content of listbox is changing without active focus on the control
