The scenario is this: On a Windows 2003 server runs a VMware with a Windows XP.
The VMware Windows has mapped a folder of the host machine. This remote folder
contains the solver. Now in the VMware windows the climaker is run which
accesses files on the host through the mapped folder. This can be done by
building testtools/source/bridgetest/idl. Interestingly, when running in a
debugger (VS 2003), and breaking every now and then, it works. That is, the
problem cannot be reproduced when debugging. When climaker runs out of the
debugger and the exception occurrs one can attach. However, the debugger is not
able to break.

Building with a network environment ( no -cax switch) works, although climaker
needs also access files from a different machine.
