Retargeting to OOo2.3. This issue was removed from CWS i18n28 that now is
already integrated.
I second Maccy's view that probably it would be better to have words like
Bereichs-Leiter correctly recognized, where now the single "Bereichs" given to
the spell checker is wrong. On the other hand for words like
Flughafen-Restaurant if spelled wrong in one part a suggestion could not be made
because the spell-checker API doesn't allow to mark a substring as wrong. So
either we live with that or have to enhance API and implementation, which can't
be fixed "on the fly".
