Select File->Page Preview to preview current document 4. Select Insert->Header or Insert->Footer Note that the submenu for each does not show. Of course, since this is a page preview, the 'Header' and 'Footer' cannot be inserted. But then the two menu items should be disabled/greyed out. The arrow next to 'Header' and 'Footer' is misleading the user.
