This will be implemented in the ChildWorkspace "swnewtable". See also issue
4032, which is the parent task for the implementation of the new tablemodel in
Writer.
Maybe it will be integrated in OO 2.3; for now the change is still in
Development, but the special problem here already works correctly there.
