The document in url (http://www.4shared.com/file/9536719/e9fe512b/1111doc.html
(bunzip2 before opening)) was made with neon-less openoffice by copy/pasting
from firefox, some of links to www pages got copyied too.
Copied uri's contain illegal characters (openoffice didnt convert asci codes >
127 to %xx format in uri)
In ooo with neon support when saving (e.g. just open that file and try to save
it as 1.doc) document recovery screen bumps in, ooo shuts down and modified
document isnt saved.

Where? What? Who?
at OOE680_m6/ucb/source/ucp/webdav/NeonUri.cxx:124 ne_uri_parse is called and
returns -1 as uri contains illegal characters, ooo throws exception = document
recovery screen

Next question is why ooo compiled with libneon checks every uri in document
(html link) when saving documents?
