For each variation start in the state achieved after completing step b-2 for described case. "Open" dialog: 1. File|Open... 2. => dropdown lists "Files of type" and "Version" are missing. Same for "Read-only" checkbox "Export" dialog: 1. File|Export... 2. => dropdown list "File format" is missing. Same for checkboxes "Insert Movie and Sound" dialog: 1.
