Based on reimplementing SdrPageView::AreFormControlsUsed(), i now do the exceptional painting if FormControls or TextEditMode, else the fast, fully-buffered paint is used. This has low risk, because the risky things are done exactly like since the m194, only the obvious get the full buffering. Added, creating new install sets.
