Testing participants chose "Help Agent" over and over again to bring up the Help (which does not work). That's the reason why we abbandoned the toggle menu items to the Options panel only. " I didn't find this problem with our users. But what about to rename menu elements to "Enable Help Agent", "Enable Tooltips" and "Enable Extended Tips"?
