Confirming with OO 2.1 on WinXP:
1. open attached file, note how BD365 displays percentage.
2. r-click BD365, Format Cells, Numbers and set to Number\General, OK and note
how number in BD365 is not percentage. Save file and close it.
3. open it and observe that BD365 is percentage (contrary to what it was
before closing).
