------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Feb 6 01:30:06 +0000 2007 ------- After posting my message, I thought I would try something that has worked for other totally unrelated software that occasionally malfunctions - RESTARTING my pc. Well, that worked perfectly fine and now everything is back to normal. 1 thing I forgot to mention in my earlier post is that I removed the OO quickstarter icon from the bottom right corner of Windows XP (where the time is displayed). After doing that I had the problems described in my initial posting. I don't know if that would have anything to do with it. If there is any information that I should provide to assist in solving this bug or defect, please let me know.
