The frame does not touch the text boundaries due to the spacings which are set
on the "Wrap" tabpage of the Frame properties (Format.Frame.Wrap dialog). Frames
have an outer spacings of 0,2 cm by default which will also be valid when the
frame is placed relatve to page/text boundaries.
