Please used versioned update-URL for the office.

E.g. for OpenOffice.org 2.2 use
http://update22.services.openoffice.org/ProductUpdateService/check.Update
instead of
http://update.services.openoffice.org/ProductUpdateService/check.Update

or
http://update8U6.staroffice.de/ProductUpdateService/check.Update instead of
http://update.staroffice.de/ProductUpdateService/check.Update

This has following advantages:
- Implement only one protocol-service for each office
- Possibility to host the service on different machines or service-provider
- minimize complexity in use-cases or test-cases

ToDo:
- Update the both URLs in the installer (by Ingo)
- Create both new aliases for the sd-web2 server (by IT, DMA)
- Verify service under the new URLs (by FMA and QA)
