------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Feb 8 16:47:38 +0000 2007 ------- I confirm I have the problem on Kubuntu Drapper, kde 3.5.2 (keramik decorator) both with the originally delivered Openoffice (2.0.2) and with the version I downloaded from Openoffice.org server (2.1). I installed then xfce 4.3.90.2 (from official ubuntu repositories), and also in this window manager the problem persists. Same for Gnome (2.14.3 theme: EdubuntuColors) and enlightenment. However, by ssh-ing to a Suse machine and launching its Openoffice (2.0.0.1) the formula box is ok. So it should not depend only on the window manager. More I cannot guess.
