MRU->FME: the paragraphs at the end of the document (beginning "Sincerely..."
are initially not formatted correctly respecting their "keep" attribute. They
are splitted across the page break, which shouldn't be.
The problem could be workarounded by entereing a paragraph break right above
"Sincerely" and clicking "Undo" button.
