I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and can not
confirm the problem:

0. Create a document 'Texte par défaut.ott' somewhere on the hard disk
1. menu 'File > New > Templates'
   Dialogue appears
2. Click 'templates' in left pane
3. Doubleclick folder 'My Templates' in middle pane
4. Click button 'Manage'
   New dialogue appears
5. Doubleclick folder 'My templates' in left pane
currently active Templates will be listed, may be no one
6. Click button 'Commands > Import Template'
   Explorer window will open.
7. Change to folder with 'Texte par défaut.ott'
8. select 'Texte par défaut.ott', click <open>
Expected: 'Texte par défaut.ott' under folder symbol 'My templates'
   Actual: as expected

Same result using 'OOo dialogues' or 'WIN dialogues'
