------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Feb 12 09:17:08 +0000 2007 ------- When we had migrated to OOo1.1.4 we had created a bat file which sets the files associations and with the migration from OOo 1.1.4 to OOo 2.0 we realize that some extensions were changed with the new version of OOo 2.0. The old associations in Windows Xp were done by : ".doc=opendocument.WriterDocument.1" and ".xls=opendocument.CalcDocument.1" To resolve this problem I changed the doc association in my bat file adding "assoc .doc=Openoffice.org.doc" for document file and "assoc .xls=Openoffice.org.xls" for the calc file and now the problem seems to be resolved.
