User john_vranos changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Status|RESOLVED |UNCONFIRMED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|WORKSFORME | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Feb 12 10:51:57 +0000 2007 ------- I am using the following: OS: Scientific Linux 4.4 i386 (which is derived from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.4 sources). OpenOffice.Org 2.1 EN-US. Steps to reproduce the bug: Running under root account, and having erased OpenOffice.Org configuration ( /root/.openoffice.org2 directory), we run PEnOffice.Org 2.1 Writer. Then going to Tools::Options::Language Settings::Languages::Default Languages for documents::Western we change the "Western" language to something else than English(US). However it saves it as a language preference for the current document, and not as a global preference for new documents. That is, we close the Writer, we restart it, and for the new document it has English(US) once again. I had not this bug under OpenOffice.Org 2.0.4. Also I had not this bug with OpenOffice.Org 2.1.0 under Windows. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
