nominating issue 74443 as potential blocker. It describes a problem with
formatted fields in forms and database tables, which makes those fields
effectively useless with formats other than plain number formats. The bug is a
regression caused by the fix for issue 23080, which was integrated in
680m200/OOFm1. Please approve or disapprove the blocking status.
