If one, in the current outline dialog, clicks level 2, and switches to the other tab, level 2 is also selected... if one in this tab clicks another level (e.g. 3), and switches tabs again, the this other level (3) is selected. The tabs (UI) suggest these 2 boxes are independent, but they are certainly not.
