Hi,
this is not a bug as the file isn't linked with DDE but a normal Link. Such
links are updated on loading time of the document and stored in a hidden sheet.
You can force the data to update from the file using Edit-Links. This will
update the hidden 'Cache' Sheets with the content of the underlying file. So if
you haven't saved the file on which you have changed the referrenced data, the
update will not show the changed content from the file as it isn't saved yet.
