------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Feb 13 13:21:31 +0000 2007 ------- During this time, we had an internal discussion regarding this question too, and reading all suggestions (thanks Bernhard), and taking our point of view in consideration, I'd like to propose a splash. Some points that I feel are important: * Brand - no changes. We worked 3 years to fix this brand (customized birds + "BrOffice.org") and changes in a brand are bad. We have books, online material, training, and more, all using our brand. Under this brand we have ~ 4,5 millions of desktop installed with BrOffice.org in Brazil (based in our download stats); * Backgroud and text - no changes, exactly what we have in the original splash; * "Unchanged OOo(TM)" - I think it's a good idea, but for most Brazilians an English text no make sense. "OOo original" is better.
