Hi,
got the files by Mail. For the next time please use the create a new attachment
link in the Issue itself for attaching them to it. If you send such documents by
Mail, please refference the Issue your talking about in the Mail. I discovered
the correct Issue just by luck.
The ultimate problem in these files are about 1500 linked 1 Pixel graphics. Each
and every link has to be resolved on loading the doc. If the website does not
respond the timeout has to be reached for each and every link consuming a lot of
time. On Vistra is much worse as it seems that Vista itself has an influence on
the connection to the host of these graphics. But this will be evaluated
further.
To solve your problem with extensive loading times you have two choices :
1.) Break the links and save these graphics with the file.
2.) Remove the graphics from the file as they are not necessary and do not give
any value.

Carsten please have a look at this one. Writer with about 1200 Webbugs shows
also a limitation on Vista.
