Some pictures are linked but I don't think they are causing the problem. To whose e-mail address should I send the file? As I said, when I have this doc open in OOo 2.1 on my 32-bit FC6 laptop, it freezes within 60 seconds constantly. I have to constantly try to save what little I can do before OOo freezes and then kill OOo and start it again - only with this file (I use it all the time on countless other files without any problems whatsoever). I copied this doc (and all linked files) to another FC4 (64-bit) and OOo 2.1 (from OOo website rpms). I'm able to work with the doc, change things, save, preview, export to pdf, etc. without OOo freezing.
