After restart, the new thesaurus didn't show up, I still see the old one. I can see in ~/.openoffice.org2/user/wordbook that thes_de_DE_v2.zip has been downloaded and unpacked and that dictionary.lst has correctly been modified. I got the thesaurus working only by commenting out this line from the system-wide dictionary.lst: THES de DE th_de_DE_v2 Note that this behavior does not occur with the spell dictionaries.
