Can be seen sometimes as double-paited, 2x2 pixel offsetted (to the bottom, right) second border. Reason: As seen in Window::PaintToDevice(...), if (mpWindowImpl->mpBorderWindow), the move should not be done but seems to be handled completely by the border window's ImplPaintToMetaFile itself. Jumping over the 2nd move (the 1st does nothing anyways on an empty metafile) corrects the problem.
