2007 -------
On windows the names come directly from the keyboard driver -> no OOo fixes here

On Unix the strings come from XKeySymToString, which is language agnostic and is
overrriden for certain keysyms by vcl. The philosopy here is that the shortcuts
shut display what you see on your keyboard, so actually "+" and "-" for the
shortcuts like on Windows is correct.
