------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Feb 22 14:31:59 +0000 2007 ------- I don't know why, but i can't use the art@marketing.openoffice.org list (everytime i send something, it is ignored) so i post a comment for my proposal here : Well hello everyone, I send you a summary of my different work, with inkscape, since my last proposal. I've tried to take all your comments in count as i promised in my last post (most precisely the need to be printed). And wanted to show you all the different ways i've tried for issue 54361 (OOo3 logo). Changing are: * Using of an horizontal gradiant, from black to the original blue for the letters * Adding of a glossy effects for letters, or for the gulls (it seems to be fashion nowadays). I didn't used glossy effect for all the logo (gulls _and_ letters) because i found it too heavy visualy. * Trying to reinforce the iddentity of OOo logo by making the gull very very big. * Trying to create a logo that can also be used by itself to iddentify OOo without any writing. Voilà, i just wait for your comment. If, btw, it can give ideas to others. Sebastien. P.S.: just to say that my favorite one for the moment is n°10 because of the glossy gull, and the fitting of the writing which is not symetrical. Number 6-12 and 5-11 are softer : new logo but softer than n°10. Maybe too shy ? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
