This makes it unusable as an docked toolbar. Example: Dock the Toolbar "Picture" on the left side of OO Writer and you have no longer access to the Graphicoptions "Standard, Grey Picture, Black/White, Watermark). The strange thing is, that there is a solution for fonts. If it is a font choose dropdown field it opens an font config window. I have tested it in Writer 2.1 german.
