is -> rail: Someone added "uk" to the list of languages, for that the Windows
Installer does not work correctly. This list is located in
solenv/bin/modules/installer/globals.pm.
There is an array "@noMSLocaleLangs" which contains "uk".
If "uk" is removed from this list, the installation will probably not succeed.
Therefore english is automatically added to the installation set.
You have better information, that "uk" can be removed from this list? Then the
installation set will of course contain only Ukrainian.
