Install Java and OO on Win98. Make sure quickstarter is enabled. 2. Using TCM tests "Base-1", "Base-2", "Base-3" create DB (at least one table needs to be created) 3. Save and close it. Try renamnig the file. You are presented with error message telling that file is locked. Close QuickStarter and rename the file - no error messages.
