------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Feb 27 18:20:39 +0000 2007 ------- I have run into problems when results of two cells did not match although they were calculated based on the same numbers. It appeared to me the actual result depended on how many digits was displayed for a particular cell. I decided to give it a try so I put a simple equation into a cell A1 which was "=1/3". What I saw was "0.33". Then, I used B1 as a link to A1 by filling it with "=A1". By changing the decimal places format of A1 cell, I received similar change in the format for B1 cell. To make it clearer I would like you to download the spreadsheet from the provided URL. If you check the spreadsheet given by the URL, you will see cyan coloured cells which should give the same result. Unfortunately, the result of the right hand side cyan cell depends on the formatting (number of displayed decimal places) of the red coloured cell. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
