On attached screenshot "drop-cap-whole-word.PNG" please see 1. circled in green is preview with just one character. 2. circled in red is preview with "whole word" - note how preview is generic. Repro steps: 1. Open Writer, generate two paragraphs, each with several lines. 2. Select both paragraphs, click Format, Paragraph, Drop Caps, enable "Display Drop Caps". Note that preview is correct. 3. Enable "Whole word" - preview changes to generic. Click OK. 4.
