This seem to be the easy case. remaining problems may be: 1. is it sufficient to include in the THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.html: "This software may include/aggregate the <bla>-dictionary under GPL license ..." ? 2. On Windows (and maybe other installers the Linux rpm and Solaris pkg) all the packages have been combined to one big install blob. Is this still aggregation ?
