No further information needed. As ayaninger described, only occurs in RTL 
office.

MRU->OS: this refers to all Shape bars in the Drawing Toolbar. If you drag one
of them out of the toolbar, it will be dragged in wrong x-direction (against
mouse movement). After this, the movement will be ok, but the drag-out process
itself will work incorrect.
