The template should be loaded in SfxApplication::OpenDocExec_Impl() but
loadComponentFromURL (appopen.cxx line 1486) doesn't return a component.
But it looks as if the current view is replaced.
The Writer can handle this situation usually but in this case the current view
has been destroyed from the sfx (which should not have been done)
Happens on Solaris, only.
