I checked with "2.2.0RC2 Multilanguage/German version WIN XP:
[680m9(Build9124)]" and saw that form control fields (like 'Push Button',
'Option Button', 'Formatted Filed' remain invisible in a.m. version.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new DRAW document
2. Menu 'View > Toolbars', check 'Form controls'
3. Click 'Design Mode', if not already selected
4. Select 'Push Button' in 'Form Controls Toolbar'
5. Draw a 'Push Button' into the drawing
Expected: A grey Push Button with Text "Button" should appear
Actual: only the control points are visible, not the button
With a rightclick into the invisible button the 'Controls' become visible, so
that it seems that the button has been inserted, but it is invisible.

I saved the document and reopened it with "2.2.0 Dev. Snapshot WIN XP:
[680m7(Build9118)]", here the button was visible.

I opened a document with some control fields created with "2.2.0 Dev. Snapshot"
in 2.2RC2: ll control fields were invisible and remained invisible in "Design
mode".

I have no "clean installation", but many addons installed, so I believe this
should be confirmed with a clean installation. I will attach a DRAW documents
with invisible form controls
