If you look at the "Print" button in Standard toolbox (printer with lightning), you'll see just under it the button with the damaged icon (the right edge is seemed to be cut out). The "Print preview" button (next to the printer with lightning) is the same as the "Print" button in Preview toolbox (the one above mouse pointer).
